Caroline Renfro (Founder, Producer) is a stage, film and television actor and emcee living and working in Charlotte, NC. She has had roles in several locally filmed television shows and movies including Homeland for Showtime, Secrets & Lies for ABC, and Infliction for Jack Thomas Smith. Her commercial appearances include: North Carolina Education Lottery, Harris Teeter, and Krispy Kreme. Charlotte theatre audiences will know her from roles at CPCC Summer Theatre, CAST, Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte, Charlotte’s Off-Broadway, and Children’s Theatre of Charlotte. Caroline is formerly a courtside personality with the Charlotte Bobcats and New York Knicks and works as a talent and talent coach for the Charlotte Hornets. She worked as a personality and producer for Radio Disney ‘s AM 1480 station in Charlotte, NC and has toured nationally with StarQuest International Dance Competitions as an emcee, sound engineer, tour manager and talent coach since 2010. She has directed productions for Piedmont Middle School, Hopewell High School and Appalachian Creative Theatre. Caroline founded FroShow Productions in 2015 and the travel blog To & FroShow in 2016.
Kim Ballard (Production Manager) received her Bachelor’s of Art degree from the University of South Carolina. She moved to Charlotte, NC where she began a career in advertising, starting as a media buyer and planner and working her way to Writer/Producer/Director for her agency. She currently works in television production for Shots Fired (Fox) and Outcast (Cinemax). Kim joined FroShow Productions in 2015 after assistant directing a production of Red Light Winter (Adam Rapp), directed by Caroline. This is not her Emmy. Yet.
